History/Profile
Marcela works in the area of labor law with emphasis on litigation, in relevant cases for multinational companies in the field of electric power distribution, food industry, airlines, telecommunications and civil construction. She represents the interests of Leite, Tosto e Barros Advogados, and its clients, in the Incidents of Assumption of Competence and Incidents of Repetitive Appeals before the High Court of Labor – TST, as amicus curiae (“Friend of the Court”). She has experience in due diligence. She participates in the drafting of specialized legal bulletins and in addition to studying general law, she specialized in Labor Law, Collective Labor Law and Labor Lawsuits.
Educational Background
Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie/SP.
Post-graduated in Labor Law, Collective Labor Law and Labor Lawsuits from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
