Gender equality

Professional development and representation are key issues in our firm.

That is why women’s representation has gained space in Leite, Tosto e Barros Advogados with the construction of a path to reach equality for women and the creation of an equal environment.

Women represent 63% of the firm’s collaborators.

And our female employees hold 45% of the leadership positions.

Donation Campaigns

We contribute in emergency situations, such as the one on the coast of São Paulo, by making donations to the Instituto Verdescola and Gerando Falcões.

Blue November

Through awareness campaigns, our collaborators realized that prevention is the best way, abandoning prejudices!

Pink October

We carried out a series of initiatives to reinforce the importance of health and breast cancer prevention for employees, colleagues, and family members.

Caps and Seals

We provide a deposit of caps and seals for all office employees, which are donated to the Gerando Falcões institution.

Associação Casazul

This organization operates through the Bonecar Project, which makes ragdolls used as therapeutic instruments or to promote health.

Lar Betânia

This NGO shelters children and adolescents, who are victims of abandonment, child labor, abuse and mistreatment.

Lar novo Pentecostes

This NGO is a retirement home for elderly women that provides a nurse, nutritionist, and cook. As well as offering volunteer work such as physical exercises, handcrafts, among others.

Caça fome

Institute created with the goal of combating hunger by donating basic-needs grocery package to low-income families and communities.
