Mr. Novo has more than 10 years of professional experience in large law firms and in auditing/consultancy multinationals, in the labor and Social Security area, acting both in the advisory area and in judicial and administrative litigation. Experience in conducting strategic due diligence and auditing of procedures (human resources department) with focus on labor and social security, including the drafting of contingencies estimates. Experience in conducting collective negotiations with unions of various categories. Lecturer in courses in company for professionals in the human resources department.
