Ms. Dória operates in the area of civil and commercial litigation, with emphasis on financial institutions under special regime of intervention and extrajudicial liquidation, as well as recovery of companies and bankruptcies. She provides advice to a bankrupt financial institution in order to recover diverted assets in a bankruptcy case of great economic and legal repercussion in the country, reverting a substantial portion of the invested assets in favor of the creditors.
