History/Profile

Ricardo Tosto is a partner and one of the founders of the firm. He works especially in the areas of credit recovery, banking contracts, bankruptcy, judicial recovery, review of acquisition, corporate restructuring, administrative, electoral, Civil and commercial law.

Previously, he worked as an advisor to the Legal Board and Human Resources of the Rede Group and as director of the Private Pension Network Foundation. He was president of the Committee for the Modernization of the Judiciary and the Judicial Reform Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association.
