History/Profile

Mr. Guarilha works with conflict resolution, with emphasis on judicial reorganization, bankruptcy and civil litigation. He has worked in renowned firms, both in litigation and consulting. He has extensive experience in the area of insolvency and complex litigation disputes. Mr. Guarilha was admitted as a partner in 2017.
In regard to consulting, he has worked in the business area assisting in corporate and capital market operations. In civil litigation, he represented multinationals in trade disputes with distributors and representatives. Mr. Guarilha was also the legal consultant in operations of debt and equity issuance by publicly traded companies and in the merger operation of two major financial institutions. In the area of insolvency, he acted in the judicial reorganization of one of the largest construction groups in Brazil.
