Graduated in Law from Universidade Mackenzie.
Other Activities
President of the Special Commission for Mediation and Arbitration of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo section, from 2016 to 2018.
He was assistant professor of civil law and civil procedure at PUC/SP between 1992 and 2006. He is the co-author of the book O Processo de Tiradentes and Justiça no Brasil – 200 Anos de História, in addition to articles published in specialized journals, such as: “Propostas de Critérios para a Distinção das Sentenças Arbitrais dos demais Provimentos Proferidos nos Procedimentos Arbitrais”, published in the book Temas de Mediação e Arbitragem, “Agravo em agravo de instrumento contra a inadmissão de recurso especial”, published in the book Revista de Direito Mercantil nº 120, and “Cheque administrativo : possibilidade de a instituição financeira acolher oposição feita pelo endossante”, published in the book Revista de direito mercantil, industrial, econômico e financeiro, v. 42.
