History/Profile

Ms. Nogueira has extensive professional experience in the corporate and contractual area, advising clients in the setting up of limited and joint stock companies, negotiation of shareholder agreements and corporate social routine documents, in addition to the preparation and monitoring of meetings. She has worked in projects of corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and in the coordination of due diligence. Ms. Nogueira has worked in several mergers and acquisitions cases, among others, for companies in the areas of electric energy, sugar and ethanol, logistics, means of payment, leasing of vehicles (transnational), pharmaceutical (transnational) and telecommunications. In the area of compliance, she has advised clients of the electric energy sector and associations in the drafting of codes of conduct and ethics, procedural policies, risk assessment and compliance trainings. She coordinated projects for the implementation of Data Protection Programs and compliance with legislation.
