History/Profile

Mr. Riskalla has more than 12 years of experience in the legal area, eight of them devoted exclusively to the labor area. He acts both in the advisory and in judicial and administrative litigation, and in addition he shows great expertise with trade union negotiations and due diligence procedures.

As a lawyer for Leite, Tosto e Barros, he conducted trade union negotiations for companies of various segments. He is a lecturer and professor of courses in the labor area, and the author of several articles published in newspapers, magazines and specialized websites in the legal segment.

Contribution to the World Bank report Doing Business 2020: Comparing Business Regulation in 190 Economies.

He conducted negotiations on collective labor agreements, PLR, mass firing, among others, throughout the country.

He negotiated agreements with the Public Prosecutor’s Office to put an end to a national  wide public civil lawsuit, generating savings of more than R$ 30 million to the client company.

He was able to get a judicial dismissal of a civil lawsuit, in which the Public Prosecutor’s Office claimed that a large company would have to refrain from practicing supposedly irregular working hours, generating invaluable savings to the client.

He was able to win appeals through oral arguments in court, in collective lawsuits of extreme relevance.
