Luciana Arduin has worked for more than 20 years in Leite, Tosto e Barros, and was admitted to the Board of Partners in 2006. Participated in the group that conducted the first lawsuits brought by HIV patients, collaborating with the formulation of a current jurisprudence that evolved to social lawsuits, since there is still no specific legislation for this matter. She works for companies in the area of civil construction, telephone communications and banks, in lawsuits brought by senior managers.
