History/Profile

Mr. D’Avila joined the firm as an intern, acting intensely in the areas of public and electoral law. In 2003, he moved to one of the areas of civil law, with emphasis on banking law, where he obtained extensive experience in litigation. Today, he is responsible for strategic actions involving mainly financial institutions. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. D’Avila also represented a firm in the city of Joinville/SC, advising electoral campaigns at the municipal and state level.

Educational Background

Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.

Post-graduated in Civil Law from Faculdade Especializada em Direito – Fadisp.
