History/Profile

Specialist in tax law, with emphasis on administrative and judicial litigation, Mr. Crosara also has extensive experience in the tax advisory area, having acted in other legal areas (especially in corporate law). He has already been the interim manager of the legal department of a multinational. In Leite, Tosto e Barros, he has drafted defenses and administrative appeals involving ICMS tax assessments against companies of a large group in the sugarcane sector.
