History/Profile

Mr. Klepp works in the area of labor law with emphasis on litigation and oral support in regional labor courts, in cases relevant to large investment banks, multinationals in the electricity distribution, metallurgical, telecommunications, civil construction, carriers, service provision and outsourcing areas.

He represents the interests of Leite, Tosto e Barros, and of its clients, in the incidents of assumption of competence and incidents of repetitive appeals before the High Court of Labor-TST, as Amicus Curiae (“Friend of the Court”).

He is coordinator of the labor area of Leite, Tosto e Barros and participates in international research for Latin Lawyer and Chambers Latin America guides, as well as in the elaboration of legal bulletins specialized in the labor area.

In addition to graduation in law, he specializes in Labor Law, Collective Labor Law and Labor Lawsuits.
