- Elaboration of defenses, consignment actions and payment, injunction, writ of pretention, declaratory action and appeals before the Labor Justice and Labor Department of Justice;
- Follow-up in hearings and oral reasoning before the courts;
- Judicial homologation of dissolution, proposition of judicial inquiry for dismissal of stable employees.
