Personal History/Titles: Enrolled into the Brazilian Bar Association (“OAB”) under N. 195.688, State of SP. From 2001 to 2003, she worked as a Tax Consultant at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. In 2003, she joined the Leite, Tosto e Barros Law Firm, where she has been working since then in the tax department, with emphasis in consulting. She has given lectures and workshops on taxation in several companies and institutions during this period. During 2004, she attended the course “Corporate Income Tax”, organized by the Association of Tax Studies of the State of São Paulo (APET). In 2005, she enrolled into an Accounting Degree program at FECAP- SP. In 2006, she transferred her studies to Trevisan Business School. In 2007, she attended the year-long course “The Energy Sector: Physical Aspects and Regulations “, taught by Professor Vilson D. Christofari. She is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Energy Law (IBDE) and of the Energy Transmission Legal and Tax Subcommittee of the Brazilian Association of Infrastructure and Basic Industry (ABDIB).

In 2005, she worked in New York as a visiting lawyer at the Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe law firm.
