Layla has experience in the practice of labor law, in the litigation and advisory area, with emphasis on the regional labor courts, with participations in seminars of the High Court of Labor (TST), especially with issues related to arbitration, mediation and conciliation. She worked in the area of tax law, mostly administrative, in the Administrative Board of Tax Appeals (CARF). She has already represented Retirement Associations in the area of social security law, with emphasis on benefits and FAP. She has studied foreign languages in Switzerland and Australia. Acting in health and sanitary surveillance, both in the litigation and advisory area, focusing on Anvisa’s regulatory matters.
